Pasta Salad

An easily adaptable recipe for spectacular pasta salad.
Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) box rotini noodles
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ can olives, sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 1½ cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 3 ribs kale, destemmed
  • 1 carrot, shredded
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles as recommended on box. Drain and run under cold water until completely cooled.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Stir.
  3. To the vegetables, add the mayonnaise and italian seasoning. Mix until the mayonnaise is evenly distributed. Add the noodles. Stir.
  4. Serve with warm rolls.
