Pasta Salad

Yield: Serves 6
- 1 (16 oz) box rotini noodles
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ can olives, sliced
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- ½ onion, minced
- 1½ cups alfalfa sprouts
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 3 ribs kale, destemmed
- 1 carrot, shredded
- Cook noodles as recommended on box. Drain and run under cold water until completely cooled.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Stir.
- To the vegetables, add the mayonnaise and italian seasoning. Mix until the mayonnaise is evenly distributed. Add the noodles. Stir.
- Serve with warm rolls.
