Easy Kale Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups organic rice milk
  • 1 heaping cup raw kale, center ribs and stems removed
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, halved
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (where to buy)
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina, optional
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Serve with a meal or all by itself.
