Homemade Brown Sugar

Yield: 1 cup
- 1 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsulphured molasses
- Measure out the ingredients into a small bowl.
- Using a spoon or fork, stir and crush the molasses into the sugar, until all pieces of molasses are combined into the sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in your cabinet.
