Homemade Brown Sugar

Yield: 1 cup
  • 1 cup unbleached cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsulphured molasses
  1. Measure out the ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Using a spoon or fork, stir and crush the molasses into the sugar, until all pieces of molasses are combined into the sugar.
  3. Store in an airtight container in your cabinet.
