Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (cow, goat, almond, rice, or soy are all great choices)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds, black or white
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl; refrigerate overnight or until it reaches your desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
