Skinny Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats (or quick-cooking oats)
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1½ tablespoons organic maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  1. Pour the oats into your blender and blend until finely ground.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
