Chipotle Gouda Queso Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh salsa
  • 1 lb. Boar's Head Chipotle Gouda Cheese, sliced and cut into small squares
  • ¼ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Add the cubed cream cheese to a medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir frequently, until the cream cheese is almost completely melted. Add the salsa and stir until combined.
  2. Stir the Boar's Head Chipotle Gouda Cheese into the mixture and continue to stir until completely melted. Add the milk to thin out and stir until queso is smooth, but not stringy. Serve while hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
