Strawberry Piña Colada Smoothie

Yield: 2-3 large servings
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 large ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 1 (15 oz.) can full-fat coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh strawberry slices and unsweetened coconut shreds, for serving
- Add all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and blend until creamy and smooth, about 3-4 minutes depending on your blender.
- Pour into glasses and serve with fresh strawberry slices and/or unsweetened coconut shreds. Enjoy!
