Quiche can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust
1½ cups whole milk
4 eggs, beaten
1½ cups spinach, chopped and sauteed
¼ teaspoon salt
a pinch of salt
¼ cup onion, minced
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9" pie plate. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sauteed spinach, salt, pepper, minced onion, and cheese. Pour into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until set in the center. Serve while hot.
