Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl.
Cut apples with madoline or knife into thin slices and place in a microwavable bowl with water to cover the apples and add the lemon juice to prevent browning.
Place the bowl in the microwave for about 2 to four minuites depending on the strength of the microwave.
Let apples cool and the pat dry.
Cut pie crust into six equal portions.
Brush a section with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
Place the apple slices on the strip overlapping each other.
Fold the bottom half of the pie crust up and the roll to make the rose slowly.
Place in ungreased muffin tin. Repeat until all pie crust is used.
Bake for 20-25 mins watching closely to prevent burning.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture to taste.
