Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

  • 2 cups half and half (or 1 cup whole milk + 1 cup heavy cream)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
  1. In a quart jar, combine the half and half, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and pumpkin puree and shake to combine.
  2. Place the jar in the fridge to chill. Creamer will stay fresh for about 10 days.
