Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup unbleached pure cane sugar
½ cup organic raisins
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup organic rice milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Blend first 5 ingredients together in a food processor or blender. (I used a Ninja.)
Mix with raisins, oil, and milk. Form into cookie shapes, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
