Since starting my journey to a healthy lifestyle, I’ve been trying more and more things that I would have never even thought to try out. For example, only a few months ago, I had no idea what a chia seed was, let alone what I was missing out on. And now, I don’t know what I would do without chia seeds. The same goes for coconut oil. The only oil I used to use was canola oil from Walmart, and as you can imagine, I wasn’t exactly living the healthy lifestyle that I’m trying to live currently. But when I started using coconut oil, I was having a hard time finding quality, organic coconut oil that was at a reasonable price and that I knew I could trust. I had to lower my standards and convince myself that the coconut oil that I was buying was “good enough.” but if there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s to never accept something as good enough and to always seek out improvement. 
Recently, I was lucky enough to receive a sample of Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil to review and I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to try this coconut oil. Many of my blogging friends have told me great things about Tropical Traditions Gold Label Coconut Oil lately, and I didn’t get around to checking out their website until about a week ago. When I compared the Tropical Traditions coconut oil to the coconut oil I already had in my house, the difference was immense. The flavor of the Gold Label coconut oil was so much fresher than the other one. If you were to blind-fold me and spoon-feed me the two different coconut oils, I would probably be able to pick out the Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil. Some of the coconut oils I have tried in the past have been gritty or otherwise odd in texture, but this coconut oil is so smooth and creamy. I just love it so much and I think you will too!
