One of the main reasons I love summer is because my garden starts producing so much. Margaret, this recipe looks a lot like a salad I make during the summer, and sometimes at other times of the year. I think the only difference is that I use a Zesty Italian dressing I make without using too much water, but a bit more vinegar. Seems to make it a bit more tart and tastes so good.
