I can’t be the only one who’s constantly struggling with cravings. Especially cravings that strike in the middle of the night like a ninja. Lately, I’ve gotten really close with the oh-so popular midnight snack.
But I often find myself feeling guilty for it later. And, you guys, I don’t dig guilt. So I thought today I would share with you 4 ways to curb late night cravings!
I don’t want to you to feel overwhelmed by all this, so if taking this is small steps (or baby steps, if you will) is easier for you then I’d much rather you do that then burn yourself out trying to gain self-control overnight. Because I can tell you from experience that it just won’t happen.
