Can you believe 2015 is almost upon us? I tell ya, this year just flew right by! And while it was an amazing year, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2015.

    I like that you added your favorites to the list. Sometimes the things that are really popular aren’t actually the things we’re the most proud of! Your chimichangas sound delicious! They were a favorite of mine when I was a kid, but I would never order one out now– will be trying your recipe!

    I likeeee your chocolate cupcakes! My mother used to manage a bekery / pastry and I know how difficult it is to resist chocolate and cupcakes in general! So I really liked the idea to make healthy ones. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us, that is really inspiring!

    Thank you for this list. (AND for linking it to Homestead Blog Hop).
    I am new to this blog hop, and these recipes actually sound like things I’d like to make! I also agree with Pierre: adding in YOUR favorites was a very nice touch. I especially like the Einkorn English Muffins: I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a sub for the grocery store muffins to make my homemade “egg mcmuffins”.
